How to update Templates and Extensions with Inbound Now

Updating Templates

Head into wp-admin->Inbound Now->Templates and discover the template that has an upgrade prompt and click the upgrade button.

Your WordPress instance will ask for new updates every 30 minutes, but we do have a debug tool that will expedite the available updates.

Updating Extensions

Head into wp-admin->Inbound Now->Extensions and discover the extension that has an upgrade prompt and click the upgrade button.

Your WordPress instance will ask for new updates every 30 minutes, but the same as above, we do have a debug tool to clear the cache and rebuild what is available from Inbound Now.

Inbound Free Users

Updating Templates

Head into wp-admin->Landing Pages->Manage Templates and look for an upgrade prompt for your installed Landing Page template.

If you are trying to update a Call to Action template please look in wp-admin->Calls to Action->Manage Templates and follow any/all upgrade prompts.

Updating Extensions

Head into wp-admin->plugins and look for an update prompt for your installed extension.

The Manual Way (non subscribers only)

Please redownload your extension/template from your account area and save the zip file to your hard drive.

Update Landing Page Manually

Landing pages are location in wp-content/uploads/landing-pages/templates/. Please access this directory through your favorite file manager, discover the template folder inside the directory path above, replace it’s inner contents with the contents of the file you downloaded.

Update Extension Manually

Extensions for non subscribers are installed like normal WordPress plugins. Please head into /wp-content/plugins/ directory using you favorite file manager and replace the contents of the previous installed extension with the contents of the zip file you downloaded.
