After an Inbound Now plugin is activated you may notice that tracked forms retain data entered in by a visitor. This might spook you into thinking that visitors will see data that does not belong to them. That is not true. Only a visitor can see the information they entered and can never see what others have entered.
You still might want to disable this feature and although there is not currently a way to do this in the current release, in the next release the following method will help protect forms from pre-poulation:.
- Add ‘nopopulate’ as a classname to the form element you do not want to track.
Adding this class to your form will ensure that it is tracked and that it’s original placeholders load everytime.
